This program enhances sales teams’ performance and productivity. It includes a series of 1/2 day workshop modules, with a focus on:

  • the Sales Competence Assessment (FinxS) which serves to:
    • identify strengths across 18 critically important sales-dimensions
    • assess participant attitudes, providing tangible information for each sales person to plot a path to higher sales success.
  • developing valuable selling skills, including:
    • improving one’s personal impact
    • approaching and nurturing sales leads
    • building rapport fast, and pitching successfully
    • encouraging teams to drive progress from within.
