This structured mentoring and coaching program supports council managers and emerging leaders to increase confidence, influence and leadership capability. It blends long‑term professional development with practical, outcome‑focused coaching to build both performance and leadership maturity.

Many council leaders are promoted for their technical or operational capability, yet quickly find themselves navigating people leadership, stakeholder complexity, governance expectations and competing priorities without formal preparation. Without structured support, capable leaders can stall, struggle to delegate or burn out.

Leadership Accelerator (6 months): For new or emerging leaders building confidence, credibility and stakeholder influence.

Executive Leadership & Influence (9 months): For senior managers and department heads focused on strategic leadership, governance and next‑level readiness.
