- Consolidating teams during company growth or transition
- Crystallising focus around the customer and how each team member contributes
- Motivating teams to progress and succeed
- Helping teams innovate through periods of uncertainty
Damien has many years’ experience developing and delivering team collaboration workshops.
A naturally energetic and empathetic facilitator with a genuine interest in people, Damien listens carefully to each group member and through his natural receptivity ensures every voice in the room is heard.
