group facilitation exercises

Damien has many years’ experience developing and delivering group facilitation exercises.

A naturally energetic and empathetic facilitator with a genuine interest in people, Damien listens carefully to each group member and through his natural receptivity ensures every voice in the room is heard.

Damien thrives on discussion and encourages different points of view. He is adaptable to the situation, and looks to get people comfortable before respectfully challenging, leading and supporting.

Central to Damien’s facilitation technique is his proven and structured process. Through careful workshop design, Damien carefully guides the process and empowers the group to be more effective.

In addition to his facilitation skills, Damien also has extensive business and consulting experience which enables him to understand the challenges businesses face and how to help organisations work through these.

Over his 25 year career, Damien has held business development, sales, media and marketing roles in Sydney, London and Brisbane including for Murdoch Magazines, Zenith Media and Neilsen Media Research.

As well as Edmonds Facilitation, Damien is co-founder of Edmonds Marketing, a strategic marketing consultancy.
